If I hold my nose I can swim underwater and open my eyes. If I don't hold it I have to blow out and then I run out of air! Otherwise it feels like water is going up my nose and it's a really horrible feeling. Any tips? I have to get very comfortable with this for scuba diving courses.... Read More »

My fiance has passed the test (50) and is waiting for the selections board to call him for interview. He has a master's and is into learing languages. He can sky-dive, scuba-dive, ect. I think I have a phobia of open bodies of water, but I'm not sure. I'm an 18 year old girl and live in an area that has a lot of rivers and lakes. it was about a couple, and either they were both thiefs or just he was, and they retired on this island in a nice house, but then a ship docked in the town nearby that had a really fancy thing-a-ma-jigger that they really wanted to steal, so they stole it. I completed my classroom session and went for my pool session this morning. It was a disaster. I could not get comfortable breathing through the snorkel or regulator. Especially when water got in my mask. Now it doesn't bother me a bit to hold my breath and swim under water. I can open my eyes ... Read More »
